Criminal Reference Check is required for all coaches and referees within the Orillia and District Soccer Club. There is no charge for the check to be completed, but you must include a copy of the attached letter from the Club.

Please take the attached form and letter from the Club to the local police detachment to complete the necessary documentation at no charge to you. You will require two pieces of ID; one must be photo (Health Card can not be one of them); preferably Driver's Licence and Passport.  Detachment hours are 8:15am-5:00pm and is located on Peter Street.

Please note that Criminal Reference Checks take 4-6 weeks to be returned so time is of the essence.  You will be notified by the OPP when it is complete and ready for pick up.
